This was my first exhibition where all the works are non -figurative. The paintings are modular and potentially have many possible wall configurations. Strong fields of flatly applied acrylic paint on to predominantly plywood supports were selected and arranged for their colour and shape relationships. My increasing interest in formal aspects of painting is strongly evident in this body of work.
